My goal is to help clients create a more meaningful life where they can have healthy relationships and a positive, realistic sense of self, as well as a clear understanding of what’s holding them back. Personal growth is a life long journey. I have always encouraged clients to find the possibility of growth in every situation no matter how difficult it feels.

I provide a safe and nurturing space for my clients to grow and experiment during the process of change. With my genuine empathy, I am here to guide you in every step you take toward your growth.

My Approach

In reaching your goals and moving toward growth, I will help you access your most healthy feelings and regulate the unhealthy ones which you either denied or were overwhelmed by. By utilizing these healthy feelings you will uncover your greatest needs, longings and dreams. Together we will find what is keeping you “stuck” and then we can find answers that make sense to you. And when that happens you are free to develop an action plan that can move you forward to be your best self!

In helping my clients, individuals and couples, I mostly use Emotion-Focused Therapy approach. For more information about this approach please click the button below.
